Installation:
  1. Extract file (password: #STPN17)
  2. read 'readme.txt'
  3. Open PES 2017 Launcher Install.exe
  4. Install to your PES 2017 directory
  5. Enjoy
WARNING!!!
BACKUP D3D9.DLL BEFORE INSTALL THIS LAUNCHER!
This launcher is experimental.

Error Fix:
  • Rename d3d9.dll.backup to d3d9.dll (if 3d9.dll.backup file is exist)
  • If 3d9.dll.backup file doesn't exist just delete/rename it.
  • This step would disable Lock FPS
